We are excited to welcome Darja Beyer to our team!

Darja will be joining us as a Senor Translational Scientist and will play a key role in advancing translational radiopharmaceutical research☢️

A warm welcome to our newest team member, Darja! She joins us with a strong background in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a PhD from the Paul Scherrer Institute, where she worked on the preclinical development of radiopharmaceuticals for imaging and therapy. We’re excited to have her on the team and look forward to her contributions.

Darja, can you tell us briefly about your background?

During my studies in Pharmaceutical Sciences at ETH Zurich, I developed a strong interest in radiopharmaceutical sciences. This led me to pursue a PhD at the Paul Scherrer Institute in Switzerland, where I worked on the preclinical development of radiopharmaceuticals for imaging and therapeutic applications across different disease areas. My research was highly interdisciplinary, combining efforts across chemistry, radiochemistry, and structural and computational biology.

What attracted you to our team, and what excites you most about your new role?

I was particularly attracted by the opportunity to continue learning and to expand my expertise beyond radiometals, especially toward radiohalogens, while gaining a more industry-oriented perspective on radiopharmaceutical development. The enthusiasm and scientific curiosity of the team, combined with the strong collaboration between academia and industry, really stood out to me. I am also excited by the company’s innovative research concept and promising pipeline, and I look forward to contributing to its further development.

What are your long-term career goals?

In the long term, I see myself continuing to build my career in pharmaceutical sciences, whether in academia or industry. My goal is to contribute to advancing the field and translating innovative research into meaningful benefits for patients, while continuously exploring new scientific and technological opportunities.

We are excited to have Darja on board, welcome to the team!
