Jakob Schmidt is the CFO at Tetrakit Technologies and founder of SCHMIDT Capital Advisors, an independent corporate finance firm advising companies across the healthcare sector. With a background spanning biotech, healthcare services, and investment banking, he brings decades of strategic, financial, and operational experience. Jakob previously served as CEO of the biotech firm Pharmexa and the tech start-up Exruptive, and as Senior Vice President at Falck, an international emergency services company. He co-founded Nordic Underwriting, supporting capital raises for listed healthcare companies. Jakob holds an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. He brings extensive international experience in IPOs, M&A, and large-scale ventures across Europe, Asia, Middle East, and Africa. In addition to his executive roles, he has served on multiple corporate and industry boards.
