We’re excited to officially launch the PRE-CISE project, a Eurostars-funded collaboration between TetraKit Technologies, Akiram Therapeutics, and our Danish partners PreTT.

At TetraKit Technologies, we bring cutting-edge radiolabeling technology and expertise in advanced radioligand therapies to this project. Together, we aim to push the boundaries of precision cancer treatment by developing next-generation pre-targeted radiotherapeutic alpha therapies.

The PRE-CISE project brings together Akiram’s CD44v6-targeting antibody platform (including their lead candidate 177Lu-AKIR001), PreTT’s expertise in pretargeting strategies, and our radiolabeling technology, including innovative click chemistry for the delivery of alpha-emitting radionuclides.

Using a two-step approach, where the antibody binds to the tumor first and the radioactive payload is delivered separately, the project aims to significantly increase therapeutic precision while minimizing toxicity to healthy tissues. This strategy opens new possibilities for treating cancers with limited therapeutic options.
