The TetraKit Platform
The TetraKit Platform allows a rapid and high-yield radiolabeling of any cancer-targeting biomolecule for an accelerated radiopharmaceutical development. The platform uses proprietary radiolabeling via the tetrazine ligation, the fastest small-molecule click chemistry. Radiolabeled tetrazines are clicked onto cancer-targeting precursors and act as unique “one-fits-all” building blocks, making it easy to switch between radionuclides for seamless theranostics. The TetraKit Platform employs linkers that guide and fine-tune biodistribution and excretion pathways, optimizing therapeutic efficacy.
